Who we are

This website belongs to Netrix Broadband, an internet service provider in Karachi, Pakistan. In this policy, "Netrix", "we" and "us" mean Netrix Broadband.

What this website collects

This website has no forms and no login. It does not ask you to type in your name, phone number or any other details. When you press a WhatsApp button, your phone opens WhatsApp with a ready-written message. Nothing reaches us until you choose to send it.

We use Google Analytics to count visits and to see which buttons are used, for example how many people press a WhatsApp button. It sets cookies and collects usage data such as the pages you visit, your device type and your approximate location. It does not receive your name, your phone number or the text of any WhatsApp message.

If we advertise, our links carry campaign tags (such as utm_source) so we can tell which post or ad brought you here. If you arrive through such a link, a short reference code, for example "Ref: ig-oct-16mbps", is added at the end of the ready-written WhatsApp message. You can delete it before sending. You can block analytics cookies in your browser settings.

Two outside services are involved when you visit the site:

  • Google Fonts supplies the typefaces. Google may see your IP address and browser details when the fonts load.
  • Vercel hosts the website. Like most hosts, it keeps standard server logs, such as your IP address and the pages requested.

What we collect from you

When you contact us about a connection or support, by WhatsApp, phone or at the shop, we may collect:

  • your name
  • your CNIC number
  • your phone number
  • your area
  • the plan you select
  • the messages you send us

Why we collect it

We use this information to contact you about a connection or support request, to set up and support your service, and to keep our records of that service.

We do not sell your data

We do not sell your personal data.

How long we keep it

We keep your information for as long as needed to set up and support your connection, and for as long as the law requires.

Correcting or deleting your information

To ask us to correct or delete your information, send us a message on WhatsApp at +92 370 2241254. We may need to confirm who you are first. Where the law requires us to keep a record, we will tell you.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed. If we add other tools in future, such as advertising trackers, we will update this policy first.
